Terms and Agreement for SJ Harnsberry Productions, LLC.  ("Agreement") and Judah'sWord Media Productions LLC.  By visiting this site, you completely agree with the terms and conditions set forth on this website.  Please read these Terms of Service completely.  SJ Harnsberry Productions, LLC is owned and operated by SJ Harnsberry Productions, LLC.  Judah'sWord Media Productions LLC is also owned and operated by SJ Harnsberry; however, it is its own entity and operates separately apart from SJH Productions.  This Agreement documents the legally binding terms and conditions attached to the use of this site.  By using or accessing the Site in any way, viewing, or browsing the Site, or adding your own content to the Site, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Service.  This site is Bible-based, and as such, uses the Bible as a means of expressing "Art" in terms of storytelling, teaching, instructions, etc. as a way of overseeing the Word of GOD. We believe the Bible is the infallible Word of GOD and ALL its contents are without fault.  All videos, films, television, or web series are done with the Bible as its main foundation.

*Intellectual Properties - Definition - "Intellectual properties" - include, but not limited to, videos, audio, music, art, photographs, scripts, films, clothing, animations and/or any other "art-inspired" properties sold, created and/or distributed by SJ Harnsberry Productions and/or Judah'sWord Productions, LLC. and shall not be used on any place without the explicit permission of SJ Harnsberry Productions, LLC or Judah'sWord Media Productions, LLC.

"Company" - SJ Harnsberry Productions, LLC., Judah'sWord Media Productions and any and all affiliates or subsidiaries. Ja-Bee Cre8tives is not a Company, but, rather, the "store" section of SJHP and JSM Productions. As such, any issues with Ja-Bee Cre8tives must be brought through SJHP for reconciliation.

“Subject/Subject Materials.”  This includes artists in general, including freelancers, videographers, photographers, musicians, designers, graphic designers, etc.  "Subjects" also includes, but not limited to, business owners, advertisers or anyone who has given permission to use any intellectual properties to use, promote, display, and distribute, and any material (topics) discussed on SJH Productions, LLC. or JSW Media Productions, LLC.  SJH Productions and JSW Media Productions reserves the right to post any material that promotes the Word of GOD and, reserves the right to remove any content from our sites from "subjects" that does not do so.  Please note all "Subjects" understand and agree that the intellectual properties taken, promoted, used, displayed or distributed by the "Company" can become the properties of the "Company" and gives the "Company" full authority and permission to use intellectual properties, unless otherwise discussed.

“Refunds.” Refunds are done on a case by case basis, depending on the product.  Music, video, films, or any media products are nonrefundable.  However, SJH Productions, Judah'sWord and its affiliates and/or subsidiaries tries to be fair and operate with integrity concerning our products. If you have any issues with a product, such as an inability to download, or media not playing, please contact us at managementsjhp@gmail.com. We may issue a refund or a store credit in some cases.

"Termination." SJ Harnsberry Productions, LLC and Judah'sWord Media Productions, LLC reserves the right to terminate access to this Site, without warning or any  advance notice, for any member, visitor or anyone who violates our policies, is deemed "suspicious" or spam-related, or is offensive or hateful in nature.. 

 

"Links to 3rd Party Websites." Our Site may contain a number of links to other external websites and online resources that are not owned or controlled  by SJ Harnsberry Productions, LLC nor Judah'sWord Media Productions, LLC.   We try to vets these sites as much as possible, but please note that SJ Harnsberry Productions, LLC nor Judah'sWord Media Productions, LLC has any control over, and therefore cannot assume responsibility for, the content or general practices of any of these third party sites and/or services. Therefore, we strongly advise you to read the entire terms and conditions and privacy policy of any site that you visit as a result of following a link that is posted on our site.

"Governing Law." This Agreement is governed in accordance with the State Laws of Texas and the United States of  America.  However, any issues that may arise between you, the customer, and/or between SJH Productions LLC and Judah'sWord Media Productions, LLC. is to be adjudicated within the governing laws of Texas.

"Changes to this Agreement."  SJ Harnsberry Productions, LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will post any upcoming changes on the website and drawing attention to the updated terms on this Site. Your decision to continue to visit and make use of this Site after such changes have been made constitutes your formal acceptance of the new Terms of Service.  Therefore, we ask that you check and review this Agreement for such changes on an occasional basis. Should you not agree to any provision of this Agreement or any changes we make to this Agreement, we ask and advise that you do not use or continue to access the SJ Harnsberry Productions, LLC or any subsidiaries on this site immediately.

"Privacy Agreement."  When we collect information from our user(s), any information (such as when user(s) place an order, sign up for an account, or access certain areas of our site) we may ask for personal information.  We do not ask or require information such as social security numbers, date of birth, or any other personal information.   All sensitive information, such as credit card charges, emails, phone numbers, or address will NOT be shared nor sold to any third party businesses, however, we cannot guarantee, nor be held liable, to any links of third party businesses who holds to such practices.  (Please read “Terms and Agreements).  We only hold personal information, such as emails, phone numbers and addresses, and any credit card information for the purposes of sales and some information will be deleted after any transactions are processed (unless user(s) gives permission for us to retain their information, e.g., membership) . We, at SJ Harnsberry Productions and at Judah'sWord Media Productions, promise to provide the utmost level of professionalism and quality of products and services.  We stand by our creations 100% and promise that any merchandise sold will be free of defect. If, within reason, the consumer is unhappy with the product(s) we will provide a full refund, with the exception of any media products, such as: music, film or video products.  All products and services created are original works of art, unless duly noted. However, any books, films, commercials, etc., and all characters, settings, and events which appear in them, are fictitious, unless the book is listed as non-fiction. Any material presented on any SJH Productions or JSW Media Productions  are products or services intended for entertainment purposes only. We create all types of works of art, including, works-for-hire products.  If the film is a work-for-hire, all products belong to either SJH Productions or JSW Media Productions, and we reserve the right to have full control of production. 

"Warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose"

NO OTHER WARRANTY TO CUSTOMER FROM SELLER IS EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. SELLER SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

All photos, videos, thumbnails, animations, films and other media products,  including any media files or images from the Ja-Bee store are the property of SJ Harnsberry Productions, LLC and Judah'sWord Media Productions, LLC, respectively, and cannot be copied, re-printed, infringement or sold without permission from SJHP and JSM Productions. All copyright laws will apply and used to the fullest extent of the law for anyone found to infringe upon these rights.
